Physical Disability Board of Review (PDBR)

The PDBR is applicable to veterans separated from service between September 11, 2001 and December 31, 2009 who were assigned disability ratings of 20% or less from the PEB. Representation consists of drafting the necessary petition seeking a retroactive medical retirement and fully developing the record. Sometimes it is better to request the same relief from the Boards for Correction of Military Records rather than the PDBR. When reviewing your situation, those options will be discussed.
