VA Appeals consultations are FREE

DoD consultations are $50.00

(the $50.00 fee will apply to your retainer) 

VA Appeals
Representation at the VA Regional Office (VARO), Board of Veteran Appeals (BVA), and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) is on contingency. We only receive compensation if past-due benefits are awarded or the government pays our attorney fees. 

Medical Evaluation Board (MEB)
Representation before the MEB is a flat fee of $2,500.00.

Retroactive Military Medical Retirement                                                                                                                                                                                 Representation for Retroactive Military Medical Retirement is $9,500.00.

Physical Evaluation Board (PEB)
Representation before the PEB is $9,000.00. That includes representation before both the Informal Physical Evaluation Board and Formal Physical Evaluation Board, as well as Petitioning for Relief if requested. If retained early in the process, MEB representation is included at no extra charge. If personal appearance is requested at the Formal Physical Evaluation Board, an additional $1,200.00 is charged for travel expenses.

Military Discharge Upgrades
Representation before the Discharge Review Boards, Boards for Correction of Military Records, and Physical Disability Board of Review starts at $9,000.00. That includes requesting all relevant military and civilian documents, speaking with witnesses, drafting and filing the upgrade petition, and responding to any advisory opinions.  After we review your individual case we can provide you with a cost to appeal your case to the approrpiate Discharge Review Board.
